Written Translation Speed
◇ Our general daily written translation speed, in principle, is about 5000 characters (excepting for the blank space) / translator.
◇ Written translation speed will not include holidays and the two-day weekend stipulated by the government.
◇ Written translation service will start from the second/following day after accepting the commission.
Monthly Package Translation Service
◇ Price
Japanese, Korean, and English: from 600 RMB Yuan (within 5000 Chinese words) / month. Exceeding part will be 12 RMB Yuan / 100 Chinese words, and the one less than 100 Chinese words will be considered as 100 Chinese words.
◇ Service time: 9：00～17：00 / from Monday to Friday

Deadline of the Payment
◇ Written translation: client should pay us the rest translation fees excepting the down payment within 7 working days after he has received the final translation documents.
◇ Month package service: client should pay us the rest translation fees excepting the down payment before the last day of that month when we offer month package translation service to him.
◇ Oral interpretation: client should pay us the rest translation fees excepting the down payment before the last day when we offer the oral interpretation service to him.
※ Any delay of the payment, without any reasonable cause, client should pay us a penalty of 5% of the delayed amount by the day to our company three days later as breach fund. For any delay over fifteen days of Party A, our company may urge the payment in a necessary method, including the legal one.
Written Translation Notes
In order to maintain your interests and prevent unnecessary dispute, please read over this article before you order from our company. Once you entrust us to provide you the translation service, we would consider that you have read this article clearly.
Written translation notes:
1. Client should plan and arrange the service as early as possible, precontracting our company and offering us your documents (the ones need to be translated) in advance.
2. The documents need to be translated offered by clients must be clear in writing and complete in content. Our company will reserve the rights to refuse our service.
3. For document more than 30,000 Chinese words, clients may ask for a test translation within 300 Chinese words.
4. Clients must be responsible for the legality of their documents. Our company will not take any responsibility for the dispute resulting from the law and economic causes of the documents.
5. Our company will only be responsible for the correctness of the translation documents.
6. Any question for our translation documents, please ask for a written modification within 7 working days after receiving them. Or, we will consider your being satisfied with our translation documents or giving up the rights to make any modification.
7. If any client requires pausing or changing the translation documents during our translation service period, he must pay us the part we have finished at the price we have agreed in advance according to our translation process.
8. For the documents we accepted, our company will be responsible for keeping secret. Client may make a prior notification to us if he has a special confidential requirement, so that we can sign a Confidential Agreement and strict confidential measures between us to strictly comply with it.
9. Any conflict happens between our two parties, the indemnity amount of our company will not exceed
the translation fees (or account receivable) of this document.
